It's hard to believe that no one can access Samantha's data! Suppose she was hit by the proverbial bus? This is another example of how your travel agency is so different from any other we've dealt with. However, I just realized that we aren't their clients, you are, so they obviously have different priorities.

And after all that's happened over the past six weeks – or rather that hasn't happened – it shouldn't surprise us to find that your 48-hour deadline to take it or leave it, without us knowing what we'd be taking, was a sham – that you'd already released the, so far unknown to us – date.

However, we are willing to take advantage of the generous offer in your earlier (May 29, 3:14 PM) note – to examine “20 to 40 other dates to ensure one that meets (our) "needs.” It’s obviously much different from what was stated in your "Travel Dates" form: "Your travel award is currently available for departure dates on the dates shown below." (As previously mentioned, only dates that weren't already sold out by Virgin Vacations.) "Other dates are either not available or are pre-booked/reserved for other travelers, conventions, etc."

Please have Samantha contact us on her return to discuss these other dates.

When you asked for a refund, we released that date to another traveler. It is probably still available, but cannot confirm that until we know if you wish to travel, sell to a third party, or be given a refund as described. Quite frankly, it would be uncomfortable for Samantha or Nivia to now be asking for dates from those we asked for refund considerations less than a week ago.
