Across the street from Sam Snead's. We made sure to trespass during the time permitted.

An elegant portico leads to the spa. An outdoor pool to the left was closed for the winter.

Cottage Row includes a variety of shops.

Since Betty Lou couldn't tour the grounds by foot we took a carriage ride around interesting parts of the property. With her cast, even getting in and out of the buckboard was a production.

In the background, workers in cherry pickers are stringing Christmas lights in the trees.

Skirting the golf course, we climbed into the woods.

One can take beginning and intermediate courses in falconry, which include launching a falcon from your glove. This old barn housed the falcons as well as some hawks and owls.
